1. Print out the game files
To print the game download the compressed file below and unzip it. There will be four files for the game board. Make sure you print these out at full size. There is a 2-page file for the game pieces that includes the 20 penguins, the two boats, the shark and the ice floats. There are also two files for the boat placement cards. One file is for the boat card backs and the other for the boat card fronts. You will need to print two copies of each. You should wind up with 4 sheets: 2 sheets of blue boat cards numbered 1 - 48 and 2 sheets of orange board cards numbered 1- 48.

2. Assemble the game board.
Game Board
The game board is printed out in 4 sections. Please make sure these print out at 100%. There should only be a small margin on all sides. Because printers leave a small margin around all edges you will need to trim some of the interior edges, leaving others to overlap and tape. The easiest way is to trim the left side of sections 2 and 4 and tape the overlap on the back of the game board.
Once you have the upper and lower sections taped trim the margin from the top of the lower section (3 and 4) and tape the overlap on the back of the game board. |
3. Cut out and assemble the game pieces.

4. Cut out the boat placement cards.
Boat Placement Cards
You should have four sheets of placement cards, two sheets of blue boat cards with numbers 1-24 and 25 - 48 and two sheets of orange boat cards with numbers 1-24 and 25 - 48.
After cutting out the cards you should have 50 cards in each set including the "Free" cards. Now you are ready to play! |
