The Story of Making this Game
This game was developed collaboratively by Jayme Jacobson, John Fink, and Chris Leeder as part of the “Games for Digital Humanists” workshop during the Digital Humanities Summer Institute 2014 at the University of Victoria in British Columbia. Over the course of one week, participants in the workshop learned about the basics of game design, brainstormed ideas for a game, and developed and refined the rules and mechanisms. Playtesting continued right up until the last minute. It’s amazing what was accomplished in such a short time!
